- Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. Since these items are uniquely customized for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
Faulty, Defective, or Damaged Products

Non-Personalized Items
- For items that do not have any personalization, we accept all returns for a refund. However, there are some conditions:
