  • We offer a full refund if an item is:

    • Faulty: Does not function as intended.

    • Not as Described: Differs significantly from the product description.

    • Does Not Perform as Expected: Fails to meet its intended purpose.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not refund for the following:

    • Personalized Items: Custom-made or uniquely tailored products.

    • We do NOT refund any digital Items or downloads once purchased. If the wrong digital item was sent, we will replace the download with the correct item free of charge.

  • If a customer cancels, they have 14 days to return the goods (non personalized items)

  • We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods if the above criteria are met..

5. Repairs and Replacements

  • If a customer discovers a fault after accepting an item, we will replace it.

  • The customer can still reject the item even after replacement.

  • Regardless of warranties or guarantees, customers have the right to replacements.

    • Non-Performance: If the digital product fails to perform its intended purpose.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Personalized Digital Content: Custom-made or uniquely tailored downloads.

    • Perishable Digital Goods: Such as time-limited access to content.

    • Waived Cancellation Rights: Once a customer downloads the content, they forfeit their right to a refund.

3. Distance Selling Rights

  • Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the digital content.

  • If a customer cancels, they have another 14 days to return the content.

  • We must process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned digital product.

4. Repairs and Replacements

  • If a digital product is faulty, we may offer a repair or replacement.

  • If repair or replacement is unsuccessful, the customer can claim a refund or a price reduction.
